CAPWorks is a trauma-informed workforce program designed to help individuals gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to move into registered apprenticeships and stable employment.

Operated by The Springfield Project at the 1908 Innovation & Coworking Center, CAPWorks focuses on trauma-informed access, opportunity, and long-term success.
